ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST:

• The Accounts Payable Specialist will efficiently match invoices with purchase orders
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will voucher and post invoices accurately and quickly
• Verify entity, company, GL-coding, and that invoices match prior to posting
• Assist with statement review, creating credits, and coordinating with vendors to resolve issues
• Assist the team with GL coding and PO inquiries, as needed

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST ROLE:

• Must have 2+ years' experience with accounts payable
• Proficiency in working with computer software is essential
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel is preferred
