Great Admin opportunity to support the the administration for the lunch program of an excellent school programl. Hours are M-F 7:30AM to 4:30PM.
Job Summary
Perform accurate and efficient data entry, maintain records, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems with a high level of accuracy.
Organize and manage digital and physical files.
Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
Perform general office duties such as responding to emails, scheduling, and recordkeeping.
Verify and correct data to maintain integrity.
Support other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Strong typing and data entry skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
