Job Description This position will work Eastern or Central Time Zone hours - successful candidates will be US based in the New York/New Jersey area, Chicago, Dallas, or Houston. Conduct investor level AML/KYC reviews Support investment level AML/KYC reviews Utilize proprietary AML/KYC software to conduct investor and investment reviews Coordinate with offshore resources to efficiently complete AML/KYC reviews Support clients with multiple Private Equity funds within various industries Communicate with clients and client legal counsels via email Support daily/routine client information requests and fulfill ad-hoc requests as needed Track missing items, post-close requests, and upcoming deadlines to ensure all required items are collected in a timely manner Update both proprietary software and internal files to ensure proper record keeping Assess operational effectiveness and make suggestions for process development Qualifications Bachelor's degree Ability to provide exceptional client service Ability to collaborate with others in a team environment, provide and accept constructive feedback Ability to produce high quantity of work product with accuracy and extreme attention to detail Effective and professional communication, especially written communication Ability to manage multiple demands and competing deadlines Ability to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word preferred Additional Information Salary based on experience and location ($65,000-$72,000) and full benefits package offered.
