• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
• Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist customers in both English and another required language, addressing their concerns effectively.
• Record and update customer information in the system accurately.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Provide product and service information to customers to enhance their experience.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures to provide accurate assistance.• Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another required language.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage high call volumes with efficiency and professionalism.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
