Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Bilingual (Spanish) Dyslexia Interventionist to support K-12 students in Georgetown, TX. The role focuses on elementary and middle school age groups, providing targeted dyslexia intervention services to help students achieve their full potential.

Key Qualifications:

• Certification in Reading by Design (required)
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (preferred)
• Completion of Esperanza Training (preferred)
• Experience working with students with dyslexia and special education needs
• Ability to support a caseload of K-12 students in a school setting

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized dyslexia intervention instruction to elementary and middle school students
• Implement evidence-based reading strategies aligned with individual student needs
• Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and monitor personalized learning plans
• Track student progress and adjust interventions to optimize outcomes
• Communicate regularly with parents and educational teams regarding student achievements and goals

Position Details:

• Location: Georgetown, Texas
• Contract duration: Current School Year (CSY)
• Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week
• Caseload: Focused on students with reading difficulties, preferably bilingual learners, but not mandatory
