About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Boiler Technician to join our team in Castle Rock, CO. If you have a background working with commercial or industrial boilers-whether as a Boiler Technician, HVAC Technician, Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, or Stationary Engineer-and possess hands-on boiler experience, we encourage you to apply.
In this role, you'll be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing boiler systems and related equipment while providing excellent service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver top-tier customer service through thorough and timely maintenance, service, and support.
Perform inspections, service calls, and repairs on commercial and industrial boilers and ancillary systems.
Troubleshoot and optimize boiler room operations and mechanical equipment.
Conduct start-ups and ensure systems are running safely and efficiently.
Identify aging equipment and suggest upgrade options to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams and lead/mentor junior technicians when needed.
Follow safety procedures and maintain all necessary certifications.
Travel up to 60% of the time, potentially 2 weeks per month.
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED required.
Prior experience as a Boiler Technician or in a related role (e.g., HVAC Technician, Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, Stationary Engineer) with hands-on boiler experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently in the field.
Self-starter with the ability to manage changing priorities and solve problems on the spot.
Excellent communication skills and customer-facing professionalism.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
