We are seeking a motivated Business Associate to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.

• Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and service issues.

• Process orders, payments, and service requests accurately and efficiently.

• Document all customer interactions in the company’s system.

• De-escalate issues and provide solutions while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.

• 1+ year of call center, customer service, or related experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management systems.

• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and customer-focused.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
