Job Title: Clinical Solutions Adoption Consultant, Hospital Patient Monitoring (West or MidWest) As a Clinical Adoption Consultant , you will be based in the West and Midwest zone and will lead and partner with the clinical workflow design of HPM solutions for customers across the US. Your role includes: Consulting and partnering with customers, Project Managers, Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultants, Implementation Consultants, and Sales teams to design and document workflows for complex HPM solutions throughout the customer lifecycle. Responsible for managing adoption and system optimization for long-term customer engagement. Collaborates with CPS team to develop and deliver advanced clinical solutions. Delivering clinical consulting services, which may include the implementation of Philips solutions and participating in the development of new solutions or functionalities. Configuring Philips solutions to fit application and operational workflows, conducting workflow analysis, and consulting on workflow changes during implementation. Guiding customers in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionalities while coaching and educating on complex situations involving multiple solutions. Analyzing existing workflows, facilitating change management, ensuring proper system testing, and establishing training plans for smooth solution transition. Maintaining professional competence through seminars and training, actively sharing knowledge and lessons learned. Candidate profile: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related science, with over 5 years of clinical experience or equivalent, and a current nursing license. Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, PPT) and virtual tools (Zoom, Teams). Certifications in Nursing Informatics or Change Management are preferred. At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, clinical consulting, workflow optimization, and process improvement. Ability to meet all customer-specific mandates (vaccinations, screenings). Ability to perform physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodations. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%), including overnight travel across the US, with the ability to work in a home or hospital environment, and wear PPE as required. Reside within 1 hour of a major airport in the West or Midwest zone. Work environment and company info: Role is field-based, requiring in-person work at least 3 days/week for office roles or at customer sites for field roles.
