Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a contract eDiscovery Support Specialist to join us and commence their LOD consultant journey.

This role will offer a hybrid schedule and will be temp-to-hire for the successful candidate. This will be on site T/W/Th, remote work M/F.

To join us, you will:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in eDiscovery work supporting a law firm, in-house legal department, or a legal services company.
• Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running
• Additional requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required in a related field
  • Familiarity with a variety of eDiscovery tools and the tech capabilities to learn new tools
  • Effective written and verbal communication

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Litigation support and eDiscovery tasks, including collecting, processing, and organizing data, generating reports, database loading, indexing, data archiving and transfer.
• Quality checking data; identifying and troubleshooting issues.
• Reviewing documents, including tagging, redaction, and exporting data as required for litigation and/or other legal matters.
• Searching and exporting data within O365 eDiscovery.
• Application and handling of Legal Hold in Place feature.
