Salary range: $136,000.00 $152,000.00 (base)

Job Overview

As a key creative leader, you will direct conceptual and design projects for a leading B2B tech client. You will manage a talented team of designers, ensure brand fidelity, and drive the creative vision from brief through to delivery, supporting client service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Direct concept and design work, maximizing efficiency and creativity.
• Manage, supervise, review, and audit designers and art workers to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with OLIVER Business Director to deliver outstanding client service.
• Act as brand guardian, ensuring collateral aligns with brand guidelines.
• Organize and prioritize workload, adapting to deadlines and increased demands.

Qualifications

• Motivate and inspire the creative team toward excellence.
• Proactively monitor design quality through internal reviews and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure timely delivery of all projects while managing client expectations.
• Coordinate knowledge sharing and learning to improve practices.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for optimal service.
• Coach staff, set SMART objectives, and manage professional development.
• Ensure accurate timesheet recording with Account Lead.

Base salary range: $136,000.00 - $152,000.00. Compensation based on experience, location, business needs, and responsibilities. This is one component of OLIVERs total compensation package.
