Join Our Team as a Patient Care Coordinator!

About the Role:
As the first and last point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in shaping the patient experiencefrom the first phone call to post-visit follow-up. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism (in person and over the phone)

• Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently

• Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage

• Present treatment plans and answer patient questions with clarity

• Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix or similar software

• Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow

• Handle payments and review financial arrangements as needed

What Were Looking For:

• Previous dental or healthcare front office experience strongly preferred

• Knowledge of Dentrix or similar practice management software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• A team player who brings positive energy to the office

• Bilingual a plus, but not required
