Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Phoenix, AZ

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Shifts: Days (4 weekdays and one Saturday per month)

Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to lead our MedSpa team and oversee clinical operations. The ideal candidate will be confident in aesthetic procedures, passionate about patient care, and excited to help grow a thriving medical aesthetics practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxin and dermal filler injections, laser services, and IV therapy
• Conduct consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and ensure safe, effective results
• Provide medical oversight for weight loss and peptide therapy programs
• Collaborate with estheticians and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and an exceptional client experience
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Assist in business growth through patient education, treatment recommendations, and retention efforts

Qualifications:

• Licensed PA or NP in the State of Arizona
• Experience in aesthetics, injectables, or wellness medicine is required
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage a small team
