We are seeking a Digital Product Owner to drive mobile app and connected product experiences for next-generation hardware. You will define product requirements , translate research into features , and collaborate with hardware, software, and UX teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This role combines product ownership and Agile delivery , requiring a self-starter mindset and ability to wear many hats .

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and user stories .
• Translate research insights into actionable product features .
• Partner with engineering to explore implementation approaches .
• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, demos).
• Track progress, manage dependencies , and escalate risks .
• Coordinate delivery of: iOS/Android apps with BLE & OTA , WatchOS/WearOS apps , AWS microservices , secure data pipelines , admin dashboards , and customer support tools .
• Foster a culture of innovation , continuous improvement , and delivery excellence .

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years as Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Lead in mobile app or connected product development .
• Experience with design sprints and new product development .
• Familiarity with BLE, firmware OTA , and AWS microservices .
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence , and Agile reporting tools .
• Strong facilitation , coaching , and servant leadership skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• CSM, SAFe , or equivalent Agile certification .
