Job Description

Your primary responsibility as Director of Sales is to bring new sales of Publicis Sapient's services that address the post-launch requirements of our Digital Customers. These include Digital ASM, Digital Run, and Digital Operations. You will do this by interfacing with existing account teams and with new logo acquisition teams, building a global team of sales professionals to drive pipeline and bookings in their respective regions. Successful candidates will bring a strong functional skill base, a track record of delivering results, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

To be the ideal candidate, you would have proven success in building and leading sales teams for technology services companies, with a focus on growing Digital Engineering and Cloud businesses. You will have a strong solution sales mindset, with the experience, confidence, and presence to work with senior leaders at Publicis Sapient and customer organizations. Experience in leading, constructing, and closing large multi-year ASM and/or Cloud Infra deals at Fortune-level companies will be a strong advantage; experience working with Hyperscalers and other cloud platform providers is also beneficial. Experience working in a matrixed environment, interfacing with Industry and Regional sales teams, is essential. Knowledge of DevOps and SRE is a plus.

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant sales and business development experience in ASM and/or ADM services is essential.
  • At least 2 years in leadership roles managing sales quotas and team performance.
  • Experience leading and closing multi-year cloud technology and consulting services deals at Fortune-level clients.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with a proven track record of developing opportunities and closing sales.
  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills.
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities; experience in project/customer relationship management is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams to achieve goals.
  • Experience mentoring sales personnel in selling, account management, and negotiations.
  • Drive to deliver value to clients and contribute to a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Bachelor's, B.Tech, or equivalent technology degree is required; MBA preferred.
  • Expect heavy travel to customer locations and for deal meetings.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $150,000 - $220,000
