As a Director of Gift Planning, you'll be at the forefront of transformational philanthropy - helping donors align their charitable passions with strategic financial, estate and tax planning. Your expertise will guide individuals in creating lasting legacies that support UCLA's mission and impact generations to come. This is a great opportunity to expand your fundraising expertise as you cultivate and steward meaningful donor relationships campus-wide, drive strategic gift planning initiatives that support UCLA's priorities and serve as a trusted advisor in developing complex giving strategies.

Working from a strong donor base, UCLA more than doubled its number of bequests intentions during the Centennial Campaign and is poised to do it again in the next campaign. As a Director of Gift Planning, you will be working alongside the Senior Executive Director, one of the leaders in the gift planning industry, and given the opportunity to represent the top public school in the country with incredible brand recognition that is synonymous with excellence. Salary range: $102,500 - $140,000 Annually.
