Copford prides itself on its stability, supportive atmosphere, strong sense of teamwork, and an office environment rooted in the spirit of hospitality. We are a small team of professionals, working closely to achieve large goals. • Manage project budgets, cash flow, reporting, and change orders with ownership visibility.
  • Select and negotiate contracts with general contractors; oversee bidding, pricing, and procurement.
  • Coordinate design teams, consultants, contractors, and hotel operations to ensure efficient execution.
  • Direct FF&E selection, purchasing, delivery, and installation; reconcile costs at project completion.
  • Maintain project schedules and critical paths; communicate delays, risks, and resolutions proactively.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong knowledge of brand PIP processes, design review, and FF&E management.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; project scheduling software a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed (in-state and out-of-state).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Thrives under tight deadlines; strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range: $135,000 - $160,000
