You’ll be responsible for

• Operating a lift truck and other material handling equipment to transport goods throughout the facility.
• Loading and unloading trailers while safeguarding product quality.
• Placing, stacking, and organizing inventory in designated storage locations.
• Conducting routine equipment inspections and reporting service needs without delay.
• Following safety rules, procedures, and PPE guidelines at all times.
• Working side-by-side with the team to meet daily operational targets.
• Coaching new employees on forklift operation fundamentals and safety practices.

To succeed, you have

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Current forklift certification.
• Proven experience operating forklifts in warehouse or industrial environments.
• Strong attention to detail and an uncompromising approach to safety.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical work as needed.
• Clear communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Basic computer skills for using inventory systems.
