Join a team of digital marketers working towards a singular goal: bringing world-class Catholic resources to as many souls as possible. We are looking for a seasoned Email Marketer with a proven track record in high-performance email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable platform. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing complex email campaigns, optimizing marketing automation, and driving engagement. Your work will directly contribute to achieving reenergizing the Catholic Church in America through effective email strategies and high-impact campaign execution.

Your typical day at Dynamic Catholic

• Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Design, build, and manage email templates, dynamic content, and personalized customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud 
• Leverage customer data to create highly targeted email lists and personalized email journeys that align with user behavior and business goals.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, layout, send times, and more to continually refine email performance.
• Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and other ministry teams to ensure email campaigns are aligned with broader organizational priorities.

What you need

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with significant experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable platform.
• Strong proficiency in building and optimizing email campaigns, using automation tools, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance data.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions, with a focus on improving key performance indicators like open rates, CTR, and conversions.
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in email builds and consistency in branding and messaging.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with email platforms and resolve them efficiently.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments to align email campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
• A default-aggressive attitude towards your work and a track record of driving campaigns forward with minimal oversight.

Location

This position is located in the Greater Cincinnati Area. Applicants who are not local must be willing to relocate—which is why we offer relocation assistance!
