We moved away from our consultants operating with a dual desk this year, so you’ll be joining a newly formed team to grow contract business from within Saragossa. Effectively you’ll get the benefits of a start-up (new ideas, high pace, high energy, ability to influence), without the immediate obstacles (no clients, no process, instability etc.) – It’s the best of both worlds!
Historically 45/50% of our Net Fee income has come from contract business, so you’ll have the benefit of access to all our exciting clients, using that as a springboard to establish and develop highly profitable contract business.
This is a great opportunity for accelerated career growth, as we are looking to create company leaders and managers as soon as possible. We are very open to new ideas on how to optimise and improve business performance and the opportunity to accelerate earnings.
You’ll be joining a team that’s grown to 70 heads across London, Bristol and Chicago, with the view to open an office imminently in New York, and expand into Europe.
