The Opportunity

• Connect with union members who have requested details about their available benefits
• Schedule and lead virtual consultations (via Zoom or other platforms)
• Explain coverage options in a clear, personalized, and professional way
• Manage client applications and documents through easy-to-use online systems
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and excellent service in every interaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development to build communication and leadership skills
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet goals and celebrate achievements

What We're Looking For

We're searching for individuals who are:

• Strong communicators who listen actively and speak with confidence
• Motivated, upbeat, and compassionate toward others
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Driven by growth, learning, and teamwork
• Experienced in customer service, sales, or client support (helpful but not required)
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada
