Developing long-term relationships with realtors, homebuilders, and other self-generated purchase-focused referral sources through daily, weekly, and monthly touches. Compensation for candidates who are hired on as entry level Loan Officers will receive an hourly wage of $20.19/hr plus a bonus for each loan closed until promoted to Sr Loan Officer. Sr Loan Officer compensation is full commissions on loans closed. The commission rate ranges between 50 to 150 basis points per loan depending on position, experience, and location. Qualifications: Qualifications Loan Officer University Graduate Must be currently licensed with NMLS This position is being offered as a fully remote opportunity however applicants must reside in, and be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis to be eligible for hire.
