Location: Work from Home, Madison, Ridgeland MS. Must be able to meet in person occasionally. 
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $17/pr hour

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and motivated Entry-Level Project Manager to join our team. This is an ideal position for a recent college graduate who is eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment. No prior project management experience is required—just a strong work ethic, the ability to think critically, and the drive to stay on top of details.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams and stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve issues proactively.
• Organize project documentation, reports, and schedules in a clear and accessible way.
• Anticipate potential risks or roadblocks and escalate when necessary.
• Support senior project managers and department leads by handling day-to-day project activities.
• Contribute ideas and solutions to improve processes and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college required.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proactive, hardworking, and eager to take initiative. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
