This role plays a vital part in driving our agency's growth by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with prospective insurance professionals. You will be the first point of contact for many of our future agents, helping us build strong first impressions and ensuring a smooth recruiting and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Source and review applications and resumes using job boards, social media, and internal tools

Conduct high-volume phone screenings to assess candidate interest, communication skills, and cultural fit

Schedule Zoom and in-person interviews between qualified candidates, the Head Recruiter, and/or District Manager

Maintain and update the recruiting pipeline daily within our internal tracking system (CRM or ATS)

Accurately track candidate progress and follow up consistently to ensure momentum is maintained

Represent the agency with enthusiasm, professionalism, and confidence in every interaction

Support onboarding efforts, including scheduling licensing exams and gathering documentation

Work closely with the Head Recruiter to meet weekly and monthly recruiting goals

Handle multiple roles and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements

Prior experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, or administrative support is a plus, but not required

Strong verbal and written communication skills must be a confident and persuasive storyteller

Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and spreadsheets

High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks at once

Willingness to learn the insurance industry and recruiting processes

Energetic, positive, and self-motivated personality
