Role Description

The Event Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position located in Fullerton, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing a variety of events to support the company’s goals and client outreach. Daily responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing schedules, liaising with vendors and clients, handling communication, and ensuring events remain on budget while providing a positive experience for all participants. The Event Coordinator will work closely with other departments to deliver seamless events that align with the company’s values and objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills to oversee all aspects of event execution.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Experience with Sales and the ability to drive client engagement and generate leads through events.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in event management tools and platforms is a plus.
