Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have fast typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into internal systems with speed and accuracy
Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output
Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
