Join Our Team as an Events Assistant at Think Tell Junction

Think Tell Junction We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team, helping to create memorable experiences for our clients and attendees. As an Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, including corporate functions, conferences, and social gatherings. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including corporate conferences, social gatherings, and community events.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Help manage event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and teardown of event materials.
• Assist in the development of event marketing materials and promotional campaigns to attract attendees.
• Maintain event calendars, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely execution of all event elements.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience will be considered.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management software is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
