Overview PARC Street Group (PARC) is a professional services firm specializing in executive recruiting, compensation, and executive benefits for banks and credit unions. We partner with community financial institutions nationwide whose assets range from $100 million to over $10 billion. Compensation Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Fully remote, PST hours required. The Opportunity With the expansion of PARC Street Group’s service lines, the firm is looking to hire an Executive Search Recruiter to support the executive recruiting division. Working closely with our Senior Executive Search Consultant, the Recruiter will play a critical role in the execution of all facets of the executive recruiting lifecycle, from candidate identification to placement. Aspects of the recruitment process include developing the search strategy, candidate pipelining, and managing search execution. The search process includes developing position specifications; researching, interviewing, assessing and building a pipeline of qualified candidates for active searches that meet the client’s requirements; developing the candidate relationship; candidate referencing; and assisting with client relationship management. The Recruiter will also support preparation of client documents, data entry, and managing the search execution software. Once hired, the Recruiter is expected to invest significant time researching and learning about the executive search industry, the banking industry, executive roles, and executive functions, in collaboration with the Consultant and peers across PARC Street Group. This position is highly visible with significant responsibility and an excellent opportunity for high impact. Role and Responsibilities Research Conducting industry research to gain comprehensive understanding of the Client Company, their industry, and the position requirements. Identifying prospective candidates through targeted company research, relevant prior searches, and using PARC’s proprietary systems and methodologies. Efficiently entering confidential data, updating existing records, and ensuring data integrity into PARC’s search execution platform. Internal and External Communication & Writing Contacting prospective candidates to elicit interest in client opportunities, obtaining referrals, and/or collecting market intelligence and feedback. Assisting Consultant in conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications against position specifications. Managing candidate relationships throughout the entire life cycle of the search and keeping the Consultant abreast of candidate updates. Contributing to multiple engagements and candidate pipelines. Maintaining progress reports/status reports/market feedback reports for presentation to the Consultant and Clients. Assisting the Consultant in writing candidate assessments to present to clients. An undergraduate BA/BS degree is required. Ability to collaborate effectively with external clients and candidates and understand techniques to influence and build positive relationships. Possess professional communication skills, including writing and presenting information in a clear and coherent manner. Proven success simultaneously managing multiple projects and working across teams. Experience working with enterprise recruiting platform or CRM preferred.
