MRI Field Service Engineer – Remote (Atlanta, GA)

We’re seeking an experienced MRI Field Service Engineer to join our remote service team. You’ll work on cutting-edge MRI systems, providing technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, all while helping our customers deliver better patient care.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, commission, and maintain Esaote MRI systems, ensuring safety and quality.
  
• Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs.
  
• Provide system training and support to hospital and clinic staff.
  
• Document service activities and communicate with internal teams.
  
• Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and service leadership to improve systems.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Electrical Engineering , or related field (military-equivalent training considered).
  
• 3+ years of field service experience with diagnostic imaging equipment; MRI experience required (Esaote or open MRI preferred).
  
• Strong technical skills in MRI subsystems, networking/DICOM, and diagnostic tools .
  
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 75%) , including overnight stays.
  
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements.
  

Preferred Certifications:

• OEM MRI System Certification (Esaote or other)
  
• AAMI CBET or CRES
  
• OSHA 10/30 Safety Certification
