In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting our clients on-site, ensuring the seamless operation of our wastewater treatment machinery across various locations.

What Youll Do :

• On-Site Support : Travel to client locations to commission, troubleshoot, and repair wastewater treatment equipment.
• Customer Training : Provide hands-on training to operators and maintenance staff on the proper use and care of equipment.
• Preventative Maintenance : Conduct routine service checks and provide preventive maintenance report to ensure equipment reliability.
• Diagnostics : Use technical knowledge and tools to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues efficiently.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed records of service visits, including reports on diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to company and site-specific safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

What Were Looking For :

• Technical Expertise : Prior experience in wastewater treatment, machinery assembly, or industrial equipment service.
• Mechanical and Electrical Skills : Proficiency in reading schematics, diagnosing mechanical issues, and working with electrical systems.
• Organizational Abilities : Strong organizational skills for managing service schedules, tools, and documentation.
• Communication Skills : Ability to interact effectively with clients and team members, providing clear instructions and updates.
• Physical Readiness : Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs, working in diverse environments, and traveling regularly.
• Problem Solver : Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to address challenges efficiently.
