Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Fire/Security Alarm Technician to perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of fire alarm systems. You'll also be involved in system programming, monitoring setup, and project execution per permit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct annual inspections and reprogram FACP and associated devices.
Perform necessary system repairs and troubleshooting.
Install fire alarm systems based on blueprints and permits.
Set up monitoring/radio services.
Handle permitting and project pricing.
Respond to after-hours emergency calls.
Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience with fire/security alarm systems.
Current FASA/BASA certification is mandatory.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Salary info:
$26.44 - $38.46 / hr
