We are seeking a talented florist to join us as a partner, creating stunning floral arrangements that enhance our events and attract clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Design & Create Floral Arrangements: Develop custom floral designs for various events, including weddings, parties, and corporate functions, aligning with the venue's aesthetic and client preferences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our event planning team to understand client needs, timelines, and event themes. Provide expert recommendations on floral choices and arrangements.
• Client Engagement: Build relationships with clients to understand their vision and provide exceptional customer service, leading to repeat business and referrals.
• Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring high-quality materials are used for all arrangements.
• Marketing & Promotion: Partner with our marketing team to promote your floral services through social media, website features, and venue events.
• Networking: Attend local events and network with potential clients to build your brand and increase visibility within the community.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a florist with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Knowledge of various flower types, arrangements, and care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail.

Compensation:
