MINIMUM 1 YEAR IN GENERAL LABOR AND OR CONSTRUCTION.

Connect Staffing is seeking a hard-working General Labor / Construction Helper  for a restoration company in the city of Irvine, CA.

Schedule:  Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with OT as needed.

Requirements of a Demolition Worker:

• Minimum 1-year experience in general labor and or construction.
• Must have own transportation.
• The ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills.
• Prior experience in construction, demolition, drywall, and general labor is a plus!

Responsibilities of a Demolition Worker:

• Assessing damaged properties to see what can be saved.
• Removing and replacing damaged materials, such as wallboards, lumbar, and carpets.
• Handling any issues caused by water damage, including drying the area and removing mold.
• Answering complaints, explaining job specifications and invoices, and performing other customer service duties.
• Adhering to personal safety standards by wearing the appropriate protective gear and using the right equipment.
