Qualifications:
Minimum of five years' General Manager experience for a domestic or foreign brand
Must have working knowledge and be familiar with the California laws, regulations and market.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
An understanding of inventory control and best practices.
Self-motivated, revenue and goal-oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
Responsible for profitability in all departments in the dealership
Review critical metrics daily for every department and make necessary adjustments to increase production
