Overview Job Title: Inside Sales Recruiter ($15 Hourly + Commission based) Location: Montgomery, AL Job Type: Full-time Shift: Day Pay Range: $15 per hour + Commission Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job openings Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent through job boards, networking, and referrals Match candidates with open client positions and prepare them for interviews Assist in client account management by providing excellent customer service Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities Negotiate offers and support onboarding of new hires Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients to promote staffing services Track activity and results in applicant tracking and CRM systems Meet or exceed weekly and monthly recruiting/sales goals Requirements 1–2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or sales experience (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of organization with the ability to multitask effectively Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships with both candidates and clients Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving targets Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Preferred Qualifications Experience in staffing/recruitment agency or similar environment Knowledge of local job market trends and industries Bilingual skills a plus Why Join Us?
