About the Team
The Knowledge Team at B Lab plays a vital role in supporting the organization's certification program. The Team is responsible for developing and organizing information across all facets of the Standards, Certification, and Product Delivery department-including the standards, certification model, digital tools, and key operational processes. The team also leads the creation of resources and training materials, ensuring they are accessible and relevant to a wide range of operational roles and B Lab's global network of partners. Additionally, they manage a customer service ticketing system and maintain an external knowledge base, helping to ensure seamless operations and consistent access to essential information.
About the Opportunity
B Lab Global is seeking a passionate and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the global B Corp Movement by empowering businesses to adopt sustainable practices and drive positive social and environmental impact. The ideal candidate will play a key role in working with subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver e-learning courses, live webinars, and other learning solutions from end-to-end focused on B Lab's new standards and assurance processes, as part of a broader Knowledge Team. This is a great opportunity for someone deeply committed to making a meaningful impact through their work to exercise a variety of skills. B Lab is a remote-first, global organization, and this role will require a high level of independence and collaboration across time zones.
