We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging, high-impact, immersive learning experiences that empower Associates and drive business success. This role will focus on creating innovative learning solutions across multiple modalities while ensuring instructional integrity, clear learning objectives, engagement, and effectiveness. Ideal candidates will have proficiency in using (but not limited to) Articulate Storyline, Vyond and other authoring tools. Responsibilities include integrating AI tools into instructional design workflows, writing and optimizing prompts for content generation, simulating learning scenarios using generative AI, designing and developing engaging learning experiences using instructional design best practices and experiential learning approaches, creating instructional materials for various learning formats including e-learning, instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning, collaborating with Learning & Development, HR, IT, and business leaders to assess learning needs and align content with business objectives, leveraging learning technologies and multimedia design to enhance instructional design practices, familiarity with AI-based media production tools, developing assessment questions and analyzing training effectiveness through data-driven insights, applying AI-based analytics tools to identify learner behavior trends and skill gaps, and maintaining instructional design documentation ensuring content consistency and alignment with business processes and branding guidelines. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, or related field; 2+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design; 3+ years in software/technical curriculum development for various training formats; proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and others; strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories; experience with LMS and multimedia development tools; strong project management and communication skills; and a passion for learning innovation and leveraging technology to enhance training effectiveness. The position is primarily sedentary office work with some physical requirements such as operating computer equipment and lifting up to 25 lbs. The description is not exhaustive and duties may change.
