In the role of IT Environment Manager- SAP BASIS, you will be responsible for the overall health, performance, and stability of our SAP landscape, with a primary focus on overseeing and optimizing the services delivered by our Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise in SAP Basis as well as deep understanding of the SAP Rise Service shared responsibility model (governance, oversight, performance monitoring, service level management, and strategic alignment with SAP as the service provider), deep understanding of IT service management best practices, and exceptional vendor management skills that span several providers at once. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who can drive continuous improvement, ensure adherence to SLAs, and foster strong collaborative relationships with our MSP partners.
This position reports to the Director of IT Global Infrastructure and Environment.

Pay and Benefits:
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $111,900.00- $146,900.00(posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
