Job Title:- Junior Accountant
Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Prepare and verify invoices, purchase orders, GRNs, and other supporting documents.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely vendor payments and collections.
• Assist in inventory accounting, costing, and reconciliation with the production department.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in management reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment (mandatory).
• Sound knowledge of Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
