Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. Multiple shifts are available.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Lincoln, NH

Pay Range: $18.63 per hour + Shift Differential

What's the Job?

• Operate machine shop and press operations to assist in manufacturing processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Maintain inventory of products at workstations and perform quality checks.
• Identify product defects and report them to ensure quality standards are met.
• Adjust machine settings as necessary to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and interpret measuring devices and blueprints.
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Experience as a machine operator is preferred but not required.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to use basic hand tools.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
