Job Description
Description of Duty:
Perform deep cleaning of common areas of the hotel like lobby, health center, corridors, etc.
Operate mechanical equipment such as leave blowers, power washer, and weed eaters to perform daily tasks.
Maintains healthy flower beds and planters throughout the seasons
Maintain cleanliness of Perks Terrace and Meade Terrace, including furniture arrangements, trash, and removing debris
Remove trash from exterior receptacles on a daily basis and as needed
Responsible for cleanliness of the parking garage
Clean Windows regularly
Maintain clean landscape environment throughout the property by trash removal and debris cleanup.
Removal of trash from guest floors as requested
Perform other duties such as window washing, power wash grounds, light landscaping, painting, carpet shampooing, etc.
