About The Role We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Job Description Marketing & Events Coordinator Full-time | On-site | Entry-Level About The Role We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. In this role, you’ll support both internal and external marketing efforts—from coordinating company events and creating branded print materials to keeping property marketing assets up to date. You’ll work closely with multiple departments, contribute fresh ideas, and gain exposure to a wide range of marketing and event planning activities. What You’ll Do Help coordinate internal company events, including team-building activities and employee spotlights Assist with the creation of printed marketing materials like brochures, newsletters, flyers, and signage using tools like Canva Keep marketing files and employee headshots organized and current Update website content and ensure online listings (e.g., Google Business) reflect accurate, brand-aligned information Support vendor coordination for things like 3D floorplans, site maps, and promotional items Conduct market and competitor research to support leasing and marketing strategy Assist with coordinating property advertisements through print and local media Help collect tenant feedback and support engagement efforts such as satisfaction surveys Provide general administrative and marketing support across departments What We’re Looking For A degree or background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong attention to detail, with solid writing and organizational skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office and tools like Canva (or a willingness to learn) A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks A self-starter who’s comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Bonus Points If You Have: Experience or interest in real estate, property management, or construction Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) Familiarity with tools like AppFolio or experience working with marketing vendors Why Join Us: As the Marketing & Events Coordinator at Luizzi Property Management, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand, boosting online engagement, and fostering strong tenant relationships.
