The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator at HERO Kids Sports will play an integral role in enhancing our HERO brand visibility and engagement across various online platforms. The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator's responsibilities will include creating and curating compelling content, managing our social media presence, and implementing effective marketing strategies as it relates to social media and within our Greater Denver Community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's social media strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Create, schedule, and monitor daily and weekly posts across multiple social media platforms. Such as Instagram, Facebook, Google etc.
• Generate creative and engaging content, including images, videos, and blog posts, and flyers. Our company will provide content for the coordinator to work with.
• Experience working in marketing with a family and children focus.
• Monitor trends in social media and marketing, staying updated on industry best practices.
• Manage and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of our efforts.
• Respond to comments and messages on social media channels in a timely and professional manner, ideally within 24 hours.
• Manage the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, apparel and promotional videos.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and participate in local community events and partnerships.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously suggest new strategies to keep our brand competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software.
• Familiarity with digital marketing techniques, including SEO and email marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing campaigns and cross promotional relations.
• A passion for youth sports and a commitment to our mission.
• Creative and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
