Job description:
MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is a fast-growing mental health therapy practice in Virginia. With headquarters in North Chesterfield, VA, we serve the entire state of Virginia through Teletherapy (Online Counseling). We are driven by the goal of reaching as many people as possible with our services, to increase access to mental health care and reduce the stigma associated with receiving help. We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals throughout Virginia to serve as “boots on the ground” and distribute marketing materials in person, to designated locations.

The expected working hours are flexible, often working within business hours so that materials can be left at designated business locations and in community neighborhoods. To start, we are seeking to fill positions in various locations in Virginia for approximately 5-10 hours per week per geographic area.

Responsibilities:

• Take marketing materials (brochures, postcards, flyers) to designated locations, which might include businesses, public gathering spots, door-to-door in neighborhoods, living centers, medical practices, and other audiences that might benefit from knowing about our resource, as directed.
• Leave the marketing materials in a display, and report the deliverable through taking a photograph.

Qualifications:
Interest in mental health / marketing
Demonstrated reliability and follow-through
Own transportation to drive to designated locations

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15/hour; $5 per client obtained incentive (as tracked through QR code in CRM)

Schedule:
5-10 hours per week
Flexible days and times
