About the roleTeach the subject of music to students in secondary education utilizing the IB framework and Chinese National courses and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experiencePreparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsCollaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregiversDevelop supportive and safe learning environments RequirementsBachelor degree or above and preferably related major in education3 + years of school teaching experience (preferably in an international / bilingual school)PGCE and/or QTS or relevant teaching qualification is a plus Salary and benefitsMonthly salary ranging from 25,000 to 35,000 RMB, commensurate with qualifications and experienceFree accommodation providedPaid summer and winter holidaysFlight allowance providedComprehensive health and social insurance coverageGratuity bonus upon completion of the contractFull coverage of visa application fees
