Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales and customers to evaluate requirements, recommend packaging solutions, and improve on existing designs.
• Develop concepts with a deep understanding of both client needs and vendor manufacturing capabilities.
• Provide technical expertise and training to internal teams on packaging specifications, design methods, and materials.
• Create and refine packaging prototypes, ensuring accuracy, quality, and manufacturability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Packaging Design, Design Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in packaging engineering with knowledge of paper-based and/or plastic packaging (folding cartons, corrugated, films, printing, etc.).
• 1–2+ years of ArtiosCAD experience; SolidWorks proficiency preferred.
• Skilled in operating CAD tables (ZUND or Kongsberg) and adept with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong 3D conceptual skills, attention to detail, and the determination to see projects through to completion.
