Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a Painter 2nd shift to join their team. As a Painter, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Painter 2nd shift 10 hour shift M-TH

Location: Pittsburg, KS

Shift: Starting at 2 PM -1 AM or 7:30 PM to 6 AM

What's the Job?

• Starting a night shift with a focus on painting tasks.
• Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Applying paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Ensuring quality control by inspecting finished work for defects.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar painting role.
• Resume Required 
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Willingness to work night shifts and overtime as needed.
