Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year

Job Details - Manage client relations and provide case-related support for litigation matters
- Prepare pleadings, discovery responses, and court filings in Virginia courts
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors such as process servers and court reporters
- Supervise and delegate tasks to legal assistants
- Track and manage deadlines to maintain organized and timely workflows
- Maintain consistent client communication and update clients on case statuses
- Ensure strict adherence to firm policies, procedures, and quality standards
Looking For:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Paralegal certification a plus
- Minimum 2+ years of Virginia civil litigation paralegal experience
- Experience preparing pleadings, discovery, and court filings in Virginia courts
- Strong background in managing litigation workflows and client communications
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to effectively supervise support staff and manage case timelines
