Part-Time Personal Assistant (On-Site, Casual Environment)
Vernon Township, PA
2–3 hours per day | Weekdays | Flexible daytime hours
Are you organized, laid-back, and tech-savvy? I’m looking for a personal assistant who can help keep things running smoothly while I manage my business and oversee a home construction project.
This is a part-time, in-person position . You’ll help answer calls, respond to emails, and navigate online systems while I’m up and about handling other tasks. You’ll be working directly from my home site for a few hours each weekday.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Answering incoming phone calls and taking messages
Sending emails and managing Gmail inboxes
Using online-based tools and systems (I’ll train you on what’s needed)
Acting as a second set of eyes and hands for basic computer work
Being present on-site while kids and contractors are around
Who This Role is Perfect For:
Someone who is easygoing, comfortable around kids, and flexible
You’re confident using a computer and navigating websites or web-based apps
You’re responsible, reliable, and can work independently
You’re okay with very casual attire (think jeans, hoodie, or comfy clothes)
Additional Notes:
The site is currently under construction: No running water or bathroom yet
This position is on-site only – remote work is not available
Must have your own reliable transportation
Pay: $16–$18/hour, based on experience
Start Date: ASAP
