Summary:

The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations of the plant, including production, logistics, maintenance, finance, and compliance. This role ensures optimal performance, safety, and efficiency of all plant activities while maintaining adherence to environmental, labor, and public health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily plant operations to ensure production goals are met.
• Manage maintenance schedules and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor regulations.
• Analyze system performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage operational budgets and annual operating plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop plant staff to achieve performance targets.
• Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide 24/7 operational support as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in plant or operations management, preferably in water treatment.
• In-depth knowledge of Reverse Osmosis systems and controls.
• Florida Class A Certified Water Treatment Operator preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with SCADA, MS Office, and financial reporting tools.
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and pre-employment physical.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
