Careers At Collins Community Credit Union Collins Community Credit Union , a growing organization, is currently hiring a Power BI Developer for our headquarters in Cedar Rapids . We're seeking a motivated individual to join our Technology and Data team. This role is responsible for working closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. Essential Functions: Demonstrate enthusiastic support of corporate mission, core values and long-term objectives. Performs duties within our bylaws, regulations, Board of Directors policies, established internal and external service standards and our work procedures. Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements. Connect to data sources, import data, and transform data for BI solutions using Power Query (M) and DAX. Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data needs. Optimize dashboard performance and ensure best practices in report design and usability. Maintain and update existing BI solutions as business needs evolve. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and dashboards. Implement row-level security and data governance as required. Stay updated on Power BI features and roadmap to introduce new functionalities Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in Power BI development or business intelligence roles. Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling. Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases. Experience with data warehouses, ETL processes, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
